'Indian Street Food | Pani Puri #WithMe'

'Pani Puri is the most popular street food in India ! I decided to put up a street food stall and make indian street food at home, it turned out extremely delicious ! I fell in love with the Golgappa made by me !  So here is what I made -  1) Pani Puri / Golgappa / Puchka - I made crispy puri from scratch by kneading suji, oil and hot water dough. It was then deep fried in hot oil. The suji golgappa turned out absolutely crispy. I even made the pani puri water using fresh mint, coriander, green chillies and ginger paste. The water was then seasoned with black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and tamarind pulp.  The sweet chutney was made by boiling jaggery and tamarind with fennel seeds, black pepper & black salt. Similarly potato filling was made with mashed potatoes, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, black salt and fresh mint paste.  2) BHEL PURI - Puffed rice, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, bikaneri bhujia and masala bundi mixed with tamarind and coriander chutney then garnished with barik sev and coriander. This is very different from Mumbai street Food version ! Must try !  3) SEV PURI - Crispy puri made with refined flour, suji and desi ghee, deep fried to perfection. This crispy puri was then topped with pizza sauce, onion, corn and capsicum then garnished with cheese, barik sev and black olives.  4) MASALA THUMS UP - Thums up muddled with chaat masala and eno. Super zesty and tasty !  5) OREO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM - Homemade vanilla ice cream made with condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract then served by garnishing with oreo cookies, gems and chocolate rolls.
